Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy As I Am Having Late Periods? What Is The Purpose Of Lupigest Tablets?

Iam Swathi (22) I didn't get Periods regularly (i.e., once in 2 months) from the starting. after marriage (from 2 years back) iam getting period for 45days with giving some symptomps (like stomach pain and breast pain) one week before. in the starting stage i got a pregnancy in that time for the finantial status we didn'n need pregnancy so we have removed it with tablets. in this 4 months back we consulted to doctor for the pregnancy, she prefer to scan HSG, Ultra sound scan & tested for thyroid also. and finally she said that you are having PCOD Problem. So she started the treatment for it first 3 months i used the tablets for regular periods and the 4th i have used Estro build tablets. doctor said that wait for the peroid until 37 days. i was waited, i was not getting period so have consulted doctor again she test the HCG for pregnant or not. she said that you are not pregnant and use the this capsules (Lupigest 200) for 3days and if you are getting period then come on 1st day of your period else wait for 10 days and come here. But i strongly feel that iam pregnant because till now iam not getting period . today is 46th day of my period so ia was not used that capsules now, i have checked the pregnancy test to me yesterday. Its showing negative.

Sir, please confirm whether that iam pregnant or not? and please confirm that the capsules (Lupigest 200) for what purpose. and In this PCOD Problem in how much period i can get pregnancy
