Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. If you have done 2 pregnancy tests and negative the chance of you being pregnant is less. Pregnancy test should be done in early morning 1st urine and should repeat after 3 days. If negative you should approach a gynecologist to have a transvaginal ultrasound to find out the status of your uterus. As you are having a sharp pain, you should better consult your gynecologist as soon as possible as problems like an extrauterine pregnancy or endometriosis should be rule out.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
