Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy As I Am Having Tenderness In Breasts, Stomach Pain And Back Aches?

I was scheduled to get my depo-provera shot on sep.25 2013, but missed it and haven't gotten it. About 1-2wks later I spotted for about 3 days. Since then I have had unprotected sex, as well as before the spotting occurred. Now I am having tenderness in my breasts and having minor pains in my stomach, lower back aches, bad pains in my stomach when I take deep breaths in mornings, and my appetite has gotten alot bigger.
Could I possibly be pregnant??

Hi,
Fertility returns after depo provera within 2-3 months. Yes, with unprotected sex, there is always a chance of pregnancy.First do a urine pregnancy test and rule out pregnancy. If its negative, then these symptoms may be due to hormonal imbalance. Some blood tests will need to be done. And you may need hormone medication.
