Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy?

Hi I have take 4 pregnancy test in the last 2 week and only had regular spotting the pregnancy test came back negative but I have put nearly a stone on in the last 2 month and I feel like something is pushing down to the bottom of my stomach could u explain this to me as I am very confused thanks

You might be pregnant so to arrive at the correct diagnosis an ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required.
