Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy?

I am under treatment for getting pregnant, I have poly cystic ovarian problem, also have irregular periods, but took tablets and took folicular study. during the ovulation date doctor adviced to have sex. I had and now I missed my periods for 4 days and having white discharge will I be pregnant? Also I am planing to travel in train for vacation will that affect my pregnancy?kindly advice.

Yes, you can be pregnant. Start with folic acid supplements, and do a urine pregnancy test after 2 weeks.
