hai doctor ,my pregnent test done on augest2.its positive.in that day my urine routine analysis result as-albumin-present(trace),microscopic:wbc:6-8/hpf, bacteria present,so give me medicine like:CEFIM 200,ALKA-UR SO,any problem for my pregnency?andwht is the reason for this infection,i am 23 yrs old,aroud 50 weight

Your urine test does not seem to warrant any treatment, but your obstetrician knows best. If she considers it necessary then you have to take those medicines.
Since it is prescribed by an obstetrician, she would be careful to prescribe only those medicines which are safe in pregnancy.
There could be a variety of causes for urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of water.
