Is There Any Problem In My Ultrasound During Pregnancy?

im 21 yr old nd pregnant 21 weeks u/s showed that bilateral renal pyelectasia noted renal pelvis measures 5mm right and 59mm left utreters are not dilated..please want to kne if there is any serious problem..and will the baby be healthy after the birth.. thank u..

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Fetal pyelectasis is quite a common finding and is simply the dilation of the renal pelvis. In majority of cases, it resolves without requiring treatment during the first year of life. So there should be nothing to worry about.
