Is There Any Reason For Coughing Blood ?
HI , i coughed blood and went to the hospital to check it they did a blood test and a chest x-ray and the results where both good. but when i went back home it happened again, im currently doing a ppd test is there any other reason why this is happening to me any help is appreciated. or any other test that i should do more to find out the reason. am 25 years(hiba)

The commonest cause of coughing out blood is pulmonary tuberculosis. The PPD test is helpful. Apart from this, you can go for ESR, ELISA for IgG M for tubercular antigen to rule out tuberculosis. Also go for sputum analysis for three consecutive days.
