General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Bloating is not usually related to blood type. It may be related to GERD, use of gas forming foods, food allergy, celiac disease, constipation, lactose intolerance, side effect of medication, aerophagia (swallowing air).

You may want to avoid foods such as cabbage, broccoli, turnips, soda, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, spicy foods, fried foods, baked beans.

The use of reflux medication may be helpful with the bloating.

I hope this helps
