tell me solutions for pimples because i lost studies please tell me solution i am 17 years old masturbating from 3 years i want glow on my face what to eat what exercise to do

there is no direct relation between pimple and masturbation
for pimple
u need to apply clindamycin ,benzyl peroxide gel twice a day
u need to take antibiotic or isotretinoin tab depend upon stage of ur acne
better to consult dermatologist
never scratch or popped it
use face wash with salicylic .
drink ore water ,avoid oily and spicy food
u may need some treatment like peeling ,microderma or laser .
