Is There Any Relation In Blood Content In Vomiting And Ulcer?

I am currently 31weeks pregnant. I have a history of ulcer, these symptoms went away during my pregnancy though.
However a week ago i started vomiting up everything i eat, sometimes with clear indication of blood in it. Abdominal pain and some diarrhea. Should I be worried?

Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion vomiting, pain abdomen and diarrhea suggests gastro intestinal infection.so consult a gynae as you may need any antibiotics and any supportive treatment.because frequent vomiting and diarrhoea will dehydrate you take good amount of fluids like water, coconut water and fruit juices.take bland diet.coming to blood in vomitings it may be due to throat injury due to excess vomiting.so dont worry they will all releive with apt treatment.also remember any food or water being taken which resulted in this and avoid them later on.
