Is There Any Relation With Odd Sensation On My Face And Major Heart Palpitations?

Odd sensation involving the skin on my face, specifically around my temple and left eye area; also have had a few major heart palpitations over the last day (take a mild beta blocker for thees, and they are usually no problem). Could it be related in some strange way?
