Is There Any Relationship Between Anxiety And Dissociative Disorders?

Hi, I was born with aortic stenosis in 66 and corrected temp at 22 days, got my first prosthetic valve at 21, complained about heart attacks, convenced me it was anxiety. 3 years ago, I got another replacement. My question is, that with all the anxiety and stress from this valve over 28 years tomorrow, cause dissocitive disorder. Deperssoanlization and Fugue States?????????

According to the history of your disease yes it might be however I suggest you to see a psychiatrist specialist to evaluate you closely and to decide if you have these disorders or not.
