Dear sir

Ecosprin av contains aspirin and atarvastatin which help in primary prevention of strokes and coronary vascular disease.

In hemodialysis patients there Will be increased risk of bleeding and causing hemorrhages which might cause gastrointestinal bleed.

It is double edged drug which has both good as well as bad effects.

Thanks
