hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.yeah,there is chances transmission of rubella to your baby through placenta.Before 13 weeks of pregnancy it is more harmful to your baby as it can cause miscarriage,still birth and birth defects in unborn babies like heart,brain defects etc.so better you consult yous gynecologist as soon as possible and start the medication .good luck.
