NO IF YOUR WIFE IS 100 5 LOYAL TO YOU OR SHE DOENOT HAVE ANY UNSCREENED BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS BETTER CHECK HIV STATUS BY SIMPLE TEST AND IF NOTHING ENJOY IT BUT CONDOM DOES PROTECT MANY OTHER STDS LIKE LEUCORRHOES OR WHITE DISCHARGE BY FUNGAL OR BACTERIL OR PROZOAL INFECTION WHICH AFFECT HOUE WIFE NORMALLY.
