Is There Any Shoes Recommended For Parkinsons Disease Patient To Help Them With There Gait?
my husband has parkinsons disease and his right foot especially his toes curl in a lot and seems like the bones on his large toe is protruding . i am wondering if there are any shoes that are recommended for parkinsons patients to wear to help them with their gait etc. thank you
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. Your husband might not be having Parkinson disease, or must be having rheumatoid arthritis, which is characterized by the rotated bones and joints. He can have the medical shoes, with supports to the bones which have rotated. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment to have a treatment and the advise for the orthopedic shoe. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
