Is There Any Side Effect For Neurobion Injection?

DOCTOR I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU IF THERE IS ANY SIDE EFFECT OF THE met neurobion 500MCG INJECTION CAUSE i HAD TAKEN 5 PER WEEK AS i WAS HAVING A PAIN IN THE NECK AND SHOULDER. Also I would like to know if the weight increases? or hair starts falling after taking injections.
