Is There Any Side Effect From Taking Foltan X For MTHFR C677 Heterogenous?

Family dr, diagnosed MTHFR C677 Heterogenous. He gave me FoltanX. Is this all I need to correct this mutation, and are there side effects to taking this? Should I also be taking other vitamins along with this? How do I find a doctor who specializes in this area?
