Is There Any Side Effect Of Neuromet Tablets?

Reports for My father (age 67 years) who is undergoing investigation for IBD has been found to have Vitamin D3 deficiency (Below 5 ng/ml). He has been prescribed ARACHITOL injections (6 lakh units IM thrice fortnightly) , Alpha D 3 which is a Vitamin D supplement & Calcimax Forte. He has also been prescribed NEUROMET for 3 months. What is this for ? Is this safe ?
