Is There Any Side Effect Of Having Diclomol For Chest Pain During Pregnancy?

Good morning Dr, Am fourteen (14th) week pregnant but I had an issue of Chest Pain below my left breast, which I went to see my Doctor and he prescribed DICLOMOL tablet 3times daily.My fear is that, is DICLOMOL will not have any side effects on my baby? Awaiting you qiuck response.
