Is There Any Side Effect Of Taking Papaya Juice Along With Steroids?

my dad's platelet count is decreasing although he is under medication.He is taking steroids now.The doctor asked him to continue with his medication because he had spleen enlargement earlier.It has all cured now.The doctor took all the tests required.It was stated that my dad's own antibody is killing his cells.He is 70 years of age.He feels very drowzy and could not climb stairs.I told him that papaya leaf increases the platelet count.He took the leaf juice but said his stomach bloated.Is there any side effects taking juice with steroids.Pleas advice.
