Is There Any Side Effects For Tryptomer?

MY mom started with Tryptomer 10 since last Thursday. She took 1 full tablet for first 3 days. Since she was feeling nausea and drowsiness I asked my doc who said to make it to half tablet immediately (4th day). I would like to know when can she stop this completely as even the half tablet is not suiting her.
