Is There Any Side Effects For Taking Tetralysal For Acne?

I have been taking 300mg of Tetralysal for the past 3yrs off and on for acne. If I stop taking it, the skin gets worse. I have recently had itching in between toes and soles of feet as well as peeling skin there. I also get headaches and a few spells of dizziness. Is it the tetralysal? pls advice. Thanks
