Is There Any Side Effects For Using Metasone Cream?

hello sir gud evng im using metasone cream since so many years.at the beginning it gave best result because of some situations i stopped using dat cfeam and im continuing now again but it is not giving as much best result as before why is it happening..?is der any side effects by using this cream..?
