Is There Any Side Effects From Trying To Chew Tobacco Once?

I want to try chewing tobacco once. (legitimately once) since i know it causes cancer, i know i'll have the restraint needed to never do it again. i'm curious to know what the lightheadedness (spelling?) feels like. Will it cause any problems if i do it once?

Hello,

Generally, a single time chewing of tobacco should not cause similar harms as seen with regular use. However, it is not advisable for experimenting with such substances of abuse because nicotine is highly addictive, even after knowing all the side effects and the unpleasant initial sensations many people fall prey to its regular use.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Vijay Niranjan
