Is There Any Side Effects If I Mix Up Too Many Medications?

I am curious if I am mixing too many medications. I take the generic paxil (20 mg) and a 10mg ambien at night. In the morning I take a diet pill known as oxyelite pro i purchased at GNC. I have had terrible headaches the last I have been taking the oxyelite and joint pain/throbbing.
