You are having high fasting blood sugar levels, it may be due to Somogyi effect, a condition also called rebound hyperglycemia. It also may be caused by the dawn phenomenon, which is the end result of a combination of natural body changes.
Checking of blood sugar at night or increasing the basal insulin dose at the night may useful.
Please consult your physician he will examine and change the dose and treat you accordingly.
