Hi ,
Welcome to Health care magic Forum.
Since hearing loss is due to internal nerve weakness as you stated only cochlear implant can improve and it cannot be guaranteed that you will get your hearing back, certain hearing test should be done before heading for any rehabilitation procedure it will guide you and the doctor for suitable options.
