Is There Any Substitute Of Etablet?

Sir My father is taking ecosprin tablet for blood thinning but it making ulser in his stomach and whenever he take the medicine he starts vomiting which continu for around 12 to 15 hrs., I want to to know wheather we can change the tablet or any substitude for the same.
