Is There Any Surgery Or Medications For Increasing Testicle Size?

I am 40 years old, my testes are tiny due to taking meds for psych problems and over masturbation, I've had sex a few times and am afraid I will never have sex again, what do I do? I want to know what not only to ask the urologist what to do but if you can help me as well, is there some sort of operation or meds I can take for this, thank you?

Hi. I can understand the plight you are going through.
Over-masturbation can not cause cause small testis for sure. How was your experience with sex - please mention.
You should have a frank discussion with your Urologist - no bars as he is the only person who can transform your life.
Please undergo all tests including physical examination , ultrasonography , semen analysis , Hormonal studies and everything He suggests. You will have a better life. Fortunately with the advent of newer medicines, and procedures the life will be improved well.
Most important- come out of depression and / or anxiety as this itself aggravates the problem further. Your strong will to improve is a basic key to success.
