Is There Any Treatment And Specific Diet For Lichen Planus Infection ?

I have Lycan planus problem since last few years. It first suddenly appeared on my lower abdomen in 2006. By end of 2007 it completely gone. I have taken ayurvedic treatment for this in 2006. But now from last few months it suddenly reappeared. This mainly happens in rainy seaon. Please can you explain me any specific treatment for this. I dont wont to take steroids. Any diet plan etc. It had reached till my hands now. I am scared. Please help

1.Treatment is aimed at reducing itching and inflammation,and gradually helping the causative immune reaction to subside.
2.रस माणिक्य: 125mg
गंधक रसायन : 500mg
पंचनिम्ब चूर्ण : 1gm
खदिरादी क्वाथ से
3. चालमोगरा तेल 3gm
मरिचादी तेल 6gm
for local application
4. उदयभास्कर चूर्ण 125mg
पारिभद्र रस 250mg
चक्रमर्द बीज चूर्ण 250mg
खदिरारिष्ट से

There are no specific diet plans for lichen planus.But apart from steroid the best drug (in fact the drug of choice ) is dapsone.This needs to be taken for few months to have good result.
Before giving dapsone you need to go for certain blood test which your dermatologist would guide you.
