Is There Any Treatment For Tight Achilles Tendons ?

Hi, my 8year old daughter has tight achilles tendons and she has been asked to join the royal ballet and is worried this will hold her back, she has already spent time in plaster to stretch them but they have just retracted back again, is there any other treatments for this??
