my father is of 50, and suffering from diabities from last 8 year, and also suffering from thyroids eye diesise, my grand father had same in past, my fathers eye problem is day by day become very serious,now he can t see thing properly even from 10feet distence, i have consult with dr nitin trivedi from amd . he is saying that surgery will be sucsess full or not i can t give you any promiss you

I would advice you to consult a good ophthalmologist, as the reduction of the visual acuity can be due to either diabetes or thyroid disease and also go for a surgery if required, rather than waiting and losing the vision.
