haloo doctors my name asamnewu belayand i live in addis ababa ethiopia my quetion is ther is a big black sign in my chest this sign is not born with me it comes when i was 10 years old know i am 22 i was do z hospital but the doctor said this is nevus u dont have a choice and know i kant sweam even i cant wear wear like shart please help me thank u

You have not mentioned the size of the nevus and does the nevus have good hair growth over it.The little you have mentioned it seems to be a BECKERS NEVUS to me.It looks like a brown patch with excess hair growth over it.
You cannot go for any surgery on this ,but you can take a laser treatment for it.Lasers requires multiple sessions to get a fair result .The final out come also depends upon your original skin type.In such cases we first remove the hair growth over the lesion ,and then go for removal of pigmentation.So,it means that we require two different laser machine to tackle this kind of nevus.I would advise you to consult a dermatologist at your place who has good experience in lasers .
