Is There Any Treatment To Vanish The Scars Of TB ?

I am a civil engineering student(age 28 male),after completing my study I am planning to go to Qatar or any golf country,its my dream. but because i had TB 8-9 years ago and I had completed the treatment, now a days i am so afraid as I heard that a TB patient cant get working visa in abroad because of the scars in the chest ,plz suggest me is there any treatment to vanish the scars of TB ? plz sir, i belong to a lower middle class family and without going abroad i cant earn much money for family, plz help me. -shyam

Hi, Welcome To HealthcareMagic

By scars on the chest, i hope you mean the healed lung tubercle scars that show up on x-ray. These healed tubercles seen on x-ray may reduce in size with time but the larger ones are mostly permanent, and nothing much can be done about it. However, they can easily be identified as old and healed, and I guess only applicants with active TB are denied visa.
