Is There Any Way To Prevent Massive Heart Attack?

I have a friend who collapsed and looked like she was having a seizure. She was continuing to breath and then started making noises and stopped breathing. When we turned her from her side her face was purple. We found out after there was an autopsy that she had a massive heart attack. They are saying that her heart value exploded. Would there have been anyway to save her?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir / Madam
thanks for your query.
Resuscitation by standard methods. Basic life support and cardiopulmonary resuscitation may save a few percentage of such patients. However most of massive heart attacks which take life, do so in first hour. Hence they are really difficult to tackle if patient collapses out of hospital. Every person should learn basic life support to help some of them.
Sincerely
