Is There Any Way To Remove Baldness And Get Hairs Back?

I lost my hair and looking almost bald (The baldness is on top of scalp, sides and back are good). One good thing is that I have very very less hair all over the scalp(On top). I was using Mintop(Minoxidil) 5 for some time and then switched to Mintop 10 for 3-4 months continuously. I stopped them since I didn't see any hair growth. Is there a way to get my hair back??? I don't want to go for Transplantation technique and wigue, other than do we have any other techniques??

Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
From your description, you seem to be having male pattern alopecia.
You could continue to use 5% minoxidil solution twice a day. It takes at least 6 months to see good improvement.
Other treatment modalities you can try are-
1. Oral finasteride - this is given only with a doctor' s prescription
2. Hair vitamin supplements especially containing biotin, N - acetyl cysteine and N - acetyl methionine
3. Local treatments like mesotherapy or dermaroller treatment with topical hair supplements
Remember that treatment of male pattern baldness takes time. Hence regular treatment and follow up is a must.
