Is There Any Way To Remove Leg Hair Permanently?

i hate having hairy legs! i waxed for about 4 years but after a while, i hating seeing even a little bit of stubble, so i just decided to nair them instead. at first my hair took a week to start growing even stubble. now it takes two days and there is light stubble. it bothers me so much. i don t like to shave, and lasering is way out of my budget, is there anything else i can do?
