Is There Anything Else That Can Be Done For Thorasic Spondylosis?

I have had a bone density scan, CT scan, full skeletal x ray and finally an MRI scan I have been diagnosed with thorasic spondylosis to T7,T8 & T9. I have had physiotherapy every week for 2 years with accupuncture each alternate week. I have had TENS and recently had steroid injections into the facet joints all of which have not worked i am 45 years old and have been told that my spinal age is approximately 64 years old in comparison. Is there anything else that can be done?
