Is There Anything Like Nutrition To Boost Up The Fluid Levels?

I am a labor doula and have a client that has a low amniotic fluid level (edd 10/30) The level is 6cm. They will check again Monday. She is not opposed to induction if necessary.
I'm wondering if there is anything nutritionallt I can tell her to do over the weekend to help boost fluid levels.
Thanks!

Hello and welcome.

Diet wise the only changes required are large amounts of fluid intake (at least 10-12 glasses of water a day), fruits high in fluid levels (eg. Watermelons), and avoiding medications that can result in reduction of fluid levels. Nothing else is really required.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
