Is There Anything Other Than Nasal Spray That Can Give Relief From Nasal Congestion?

ok i have diabettes along with high blood pressure i use a nasel spray to open my nostrils at night so i can breath my dr. put me on meloxicam and almolodpine i am addicted to the nasel spray and its not good for me is there anything out there that will give me relief from the conjestion which is cased by the nasel spray from useing it for a long period of time during the day and at night when i go to bed i need to be able to breath freely at night so i can sleep please help me

hello. please stop using the spray as it is not for long term use. you may have developed a condition called 'rhinitis medicamentosa' , dont worry its not serious , but you need to consult your ent doctor for examination and further advice. thanks
