Is There Anything To Help Me Sleep At Night?

I have been taking 75-150 mg per. Day for six weeks, went cold turkey. I continue to have shakes and only able to get a couple hours sleep per night. Is there anything to help me sleep at. Night? I have tried to use ambien, remeron7.5 mg, and melitonen separately with poor results.

For sleep it is better not to depend on drugs. Change your life style. From morning remain physicaly active. Morning walk followed by physicaly active day activity. Some yoga and meditation encourage sleep in night. You can do them in evening.
