Is There Anything To Relieve Bloating And Blood Vomiting After Meth For HIV Patients?

My friend called me & said he did meth last night & he s had HIV for over 5 years now. He said his stomach is hard & feels bloated. Also that he coughed up blood & brown vomit. Is there anything he can do to relieve the bloated until he goes to the doctor tomorrow??

He can stop taking food by mouth. Can only sip ice cold milk.Rhyles tube be put and stomaccotent aspirated out. ice cold milk can be fed by nasal tube. Antacid gel like polycrol gel can be given by nasal tube.
