Is There Anything To Worry After Finding Cortical Cysts In Kidney In Ultrasound?

Dear sirs,
my brother is 26 years old, ultrasound images showed that he has cortical cysts in his kidneys one of them is large it is about 7 cm is this a serious problem and there is an important issue i'm worried about we have a family history
my father,my aunt and my uncle died with polycystic kidney disease

It looks like your brother is suffering from polycystic kidney disease as well.
We need to check his blood pressure and do some blood and urine tests to ascertain the health of his kidneys.
Please see a nephrologist for further guidance.
