The lipid profile posted by you is deranged.
The total cholesterol is high at 271 mg/dl. Ideally it should be below 200 mg/dl.
The triglyceride levels is also raised at 178 mg/dl. The normal level for triglyceride is less than 150 mg/dl.
The LDL cholesterol is also raised at 190 mg/dl.
The HDL cholesterol is fine. It should be above 40 mg/dl.
The VLDL levels are raised at 35 mg/dl which should be below 20 mg/dl.

Currently your ECG and TMT reports are within normal limits, however, lipid need to be controlled since they can have adverse effect in future.
You need to follow life style modifications.
Consult your physician for the life style modifications wherein you need exercise regularly, avoid fatty foods and increase fiber in diet.

Thanks and take care
