Is There Anyway To Make My Period Stop Safely ?

so, i have been having my period for about 3 months (3 periods) and no one knows because i m too scared to tell anyone so please don t tell me that i should. Anyways, i m going swimming tomorrow and my period s getting lighter, but all i have been using is toilet paper. If i go swimming, what will happen ? Is there anyway to make it stop safely ?

its natural and u can not stop this...and remind ur period date n keep pad whn ur period will start..
