Is There Chances Being Hurt Without Any Wound?
My employee claims she hit her head, falling down the outside stairs & laid unconscious for 7hrs, in the daytime FL sun till found. She provided an ER pic, but it looked like blood was about to be drawn, not an IV inserted. She showed no bruises nor sunburn I could see & partied all night for her birthday, the next night. What are the chances of this being true? Is there any way to check ER records to see if she was there? Thank you

Medical records are confidential and will not be shown to you without proper authorization. The chances of she being unconscious for 7 hours is unlikely although she could have slept off after the fall. You can ask her to show the discharge card given by the hospital while leaving the hospital.
