Is There Chances For Heart Attack If Having Chest And Ear Pain?

On three separate occasions I had ear and chest pain so bad it was almost unbearable, the first time it happened I was at the grocery store with my husband it was so bad I had to sit down, the second time I was in a deep sleep and the pain woke me, the third time was today while I was washing dishes, each time it last for a few minutes and then I'm fine. I am a 49 year old woman. My good cholesterol is very low but my bad cholesterol is normal, I have a history of PVC but nothing recent. My father died from a heart attack in his middle 50's also my maternal grandmother died from heart failure. I have a female cousin who passed away in her middle 40's from a heat attack her father passed away in his 30's from a heart attack but I'm only using them as an example you don't have to be old to have one. I did have a stress test done about 5 years ago but it was normal

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your concern, every chest pain should be investigated to rule out the cardiac problem this is the rule and for that you have to get done the EKG test, this will clear the doubt, now as long as your history is concern this may be due to some allergic condition respiratory allergic condition is likely this would respond to symptomatic treatment, hope this information helps you have nice day.
