Is There Interaction Between Calpol And Ibugesic?

Is Calpol and Ibugesic given after a period of an hour to bring down fever good? How many days is considered safe to give the above say if the fever comes in every four hours and more than three four days My 2year old has got a bad cold a bit of cough and his blood report is clear.

Since these both are paracetamol by definition, there is no need to use both for fever and you should use just one in recommended dosage.
However, if taken properly,there wont be side effects,but it is generally not advisable to use same generic medications if there is no need for it.
